We are using squre to process online tour bookings - its connected via api with the booking platform so guests can book & pay online in real time. Can we streamline the amount of information required to for card processing to reduce customer frustration and errors ... seems as if the slightests error in the way the info is entered (e.g. space vs no space in phone number) bumps the guest out of the process and then all info has to be re-entered ....
Trying to reduce the friction that results in booking frustration and lost sales.
