referral reward

hello so i referred a friend and she signed up thru my link....she already has her free processing on $1000 in her rewards but i dont.....how is it she got hers before me??

@thelmastrinkets I always make sure the friend uses the referral link to sign up. I have had a situation where the person got the e-mail and then went and typed in squareup dot com and did it without giving me any credit.
