I'm looking to setup inventory management for our supplies, not our products. We are a coffee shop, and I would like to manage bags of coffee, milk, cleaning supplies, boxes of cups, stuff like that. The only way I have figured out how to do that is create an item with a price of 0.00 and have to do a sale that way to adjust inventory every time we open a new supply item. Any other suggestions?

It sounds like you're asking about a Cost of Goods report - this is available with a subscription to Square for Retail!
