Tap to pay chip square device

Im actually so upset that, im paying $30 plus a month on a website, that online pre order system for my pop up didnt work the day off.  And then having to find out as well that on the day of my venue/event that the tap and chip device from square wasnt working as well. Like RIGHT WHEN WE WERE ABOUT TO TAKE PAYMENTS. Cant believe im spending money on a POS that cant fully know the cause of this. Looking to switch over to shopify or toast

I ran on shopify and chose to come back to square myself. I suggest you post screenshots of the errors you are getting so we can help you figure out if its a user issue or a system issue or a feature limitation.
