What does 'Level 2 or Level 3' mean in the Seller Community?

What does level 2 or 3 mean ...  I just saw we are at level 3....

It sounds like you’re talking about your level in the Seller Community. 

Your level, along with your badges, is just a fun way to show you and others how active you are in the Seller community - how many posts you make, answers you give, likes you give & receive - and have no impact on your actual Square account or anything like that. Just for fun!

I just noticed as I commented, left a Heart or made a post, it levels up. 

Can someone tell me what that's for?

When you "heart" another sellers post, it is considered a kudo. Take a look at this post that goes over what the levels mean.
