How on earth can you make a product a featured product?

Never come across a less intuitive platform. It's like a maze. Months back I somehow managed to find where to do this but it's not apparent to me now. There's another platform - like a different online one. Maybe it's there. So confusing, and so unuser friendly.

So this is for my own reference. Firstly, it seems you have to go onto a different platform, found via Google search - this is squareup.com.
