Setting up shipping

Hi, I’m trying to set up shipping and I can’t even get past the first screen where I have to enter the store name. It is greyed out and won’t let me enter anything. I can fill out the address etc but I can’t move past that page without a store name. Can anyone help?

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately I'm unable to look into your specific account through Seller Community. I'd suggest giving our Support Team a call on 1800 760 137 between 9am-5pm Melbourne time, Monday through Friday.They'll be able to take a look and escalate to our Online Store team if necessary.
