URGENT: Square sign up link for clients not working!!

I sent a link out to clients to create a profile in square so that they can book appointments. It’s supposed to send them to the first picture. Instead, some clients are being sent to this page. What is going on?

Hey @GabrielSkin 

In the second picture it looks like you're signed in under your customer profile, so that's why it doesn't show the same as the top image where you're not signed in yet.

Try signing out, and then going back to that link -- or open it on another device or in Private Mode on safari

My guess is those other clients that are seeing that second page are also already signed in
