What transaction rate do I pay when my customer pays via an invoice?

2.9% plus 30¢ per transaction, or 3.5% plus 15¢ if it's a Card on File transaction.

You can see your fee structure on your Dashboard

Accounts & Settings -> Business -> Pricing And Subscriptions.

If you have more than one location, this screen will default to the Master Account. Click that button on the top and you can see your fee structure per location.
