Hello, I have just started my site a month ago and customers are paying extra for tracked shipping but when I tested it I didn't receive any tracking information. I don't think my customers are receiving their tracking info even though I enter it when prompted when I press 'shipped'. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.
I took a further look into this by completing a test order, and it does look like tracking order info attached to an order is not actually emailed to a customer. I'm unsure whether this is a feature gap at the moment or unintended behavior - it would make sense that customers should receive this info so they can view the shipping progress on their order!
