Can a customer pay with an invoice with multiple cards?

I have a customer who received several VISA gift cards for Christmas. She placed an order with me and would now like to pay using several of these gift cards. Is there a way for her to do this or do I need to split her invoice into several smaller ones?

From what I have seen, you need to hit the "charge" button on your reader.  From there you can choose to split the amount into several different payment types.  On my ipad, its on the top right.  You can do a custom split amount so that different amounts can go onto different cards.
