I've just run into a situation where we can't find a transaction in the list - we've waited, refreshed, searched by item/receipt/discount applied etc...
Any thoughts on what might have occurred?

Hi Dan. Helen here from the Community Team. Have you checked the Transaction Status report from your online Square Dashboard to see if it's listed there? That report is a list of any payments that aren't completed — for example, if the customer's card was declined or if the transaction was canceled. There's more information about the Transaction Status report in our Support Center.
If you need more information about the charge or you're still not able to locate it please go ahead and call our CS team!
