Can we configure Square API payment options to work on the app?

Hi, I have a general question. I have an app under development for Apple & Google submission. I would like my customers to have an option to pay for our subscriptions. We would like to have 4 rates/options. Can we configure Square API payment options to work on the app? Where the customer clicks a subscription payment option while using the app on their device and pays on via the app on their device.
