Can anyone tell me how to download all of our business info that we have on our iPad over onto our cell phones where we just downloaded the square apps? When we sign in it’s like we are starting a brand new account? None of our sales information is in there?

Your Point of Sale account will automatically load all of your reports, items, and settings each time you sign into a device. It sounds like you might have created a duplicate account with a different email address. Which would explain why none of your sales information is displayed.
I recommend searching your email inboxes to see which one has sales reports from Square. That's probably the fastest way to narrow it down.
