Hi @alexanl! In order for their company name to show on the appointment, you'll have to list the company name as the actual name in the Customer Directory. But good news, you don't have to lose their first and last name!
From the Configure Profile page in your Dashboard, you can Create a Custom Field that is called "first name" and "last name" and re-enter that information there. That way you can have the best of both worlds. The only downside is that you're not able to search by information listed in the Custom Fields from your Directory.
