My iPad Air is not finding the bluetooth chip reader that I just received from Square. My phone finds it no problem and my iPad finds other bluetooth devices no problem... Anyone have any ideas because I am really struggling to get help from Square Support (been trying since Friday afternoon for them to help me).

Check out the Support Center Article for some of our basic tips on getting your reader paired. One thing to keep in mind is that your contactless + chip card reader can only be paired to one device at a time so be sure that you have unpaired it from your iPhone before attempting to pair it to your iPad.
Looks like our Support Team sent over an email yesterday with our contact phone number in it, please double check the email associated with your Square Account. If you are still having trouble, give us a call!
