Clients have to wait 10 minutes to book an Appointment they backed out of

Hi! When my clients try to book an appointment they click a time they maybe go to a different time and then go back to the first time they clicked and it disappears why is that?

I'm sorry for the concern this is causing @Houaeofbeauty1!

Any time a client selects an Appointment from the moment they select a time slot it is reserved for them for 10 minutes. If the customer goes back and forth but ultimately decides to book the first time they selected they'll need to wait 10 minutes and it will be available again.
