Creating items with purchase price and sell price

I have a mobile appliance repair business and I’m wondering with the point of sale app. Is there a way to create items with the purchase price and the sell price. That way I can see what I made from the part aside from what I recouped from the purchase of the part

in the Square Point Of Sale app, you can't enter product cost.  that is a feature of the paid Square for retail app which is a different app and costs per month.

you can export your items to excel and add a column for prices that you can paste in but you would have to do it each time.  I would create a seperate excel sheet and add your cost and sale price and then you can update number sold.
