Customer Directory in Dashboard is different from Square Customer's online
Why are some of my customers in Customer directory in the ipad's square Dashboard are missing comparing to the Customers directory on the Square online website?

Hey @seantran!
Are you making sure you're viewing the same groups on your device and your Square Dashboard?
The directory has smart groups like reachable customers, lapsed, regulars, added by Square, and added by you. If this isn't the case try logging out of your mobile device and Square Dashboard. When you sign in it will re-sync the directory.
