I am now trying to reset password keeps going to the main screen trying to get me to download app again please advise thank you

Is this happening with the Point of Sale app? If you haven't already, give these troubleshooting tips a try. If you're still not able to reset your password after that, please let our Support Team know — they'll get this sorted out ASAP.
