Does anyone know how to get a simple report to see all transactions by one customer?

Getting so frustrated with Square..  Customer wants a print out of every transaction they have made with our business.  Does anyone know how to do this or know of any other CC processing company that works better?

There is not a "report" as such. You can see the Activity of a customer under their profile.

This is of course, if you have used customer names on your sales. If not, you can search by credit card.
When taking an order with credit card, an instant profile is made which sometimes includes a name,

depending on how they have their card set up, or if they have used that card with square somewhere else.

If you have a customer profile, at the top of the profile, click the menu (three lines) and you can scroll down and select "Print Customer". This will print out the side pane of what you see as the customer profile, but it does not give you full receipts, just a summary of a transaction.

If they have used the same credit card for all transactions, you can search transactions by card number.

Just set your date range to cover their history.

If you're using customer profiles, adding a name, email, etc and adding that customer to the orders,

you can search transactions by customer name. If you by chance have more than one customer with the same name,

I would suggest changing the one in question by adding some identifier to their name such as * or a number. Probably do this to the last name.

You can also export transactions to a spreadsheet (whether a large date range,

or if you can isolate the customer by searching transactions before exporting).

If you export all transactions, you can use a filter in the spreadsheet to narrow down a specific customer.

Obviously, if you've exported just that customer, you will not have to filter.

With the spreadsheet, the nice addition here is they can click the receipt link and see each receipt in full, if you provide an electronic version of the spreadsheet.

It all depends if you're able to pull up all transactions by the customer name or credit card.
If you have a bunch of random transactions with no customers connected, it will be much more difficult.

Especially if there were cash/check/other payment transactions without customer information.

Let me know if any of this helps, or if you have any specific questions about the options.
