Event tickets

I am selling tickets to a chef's table dinner event.  I have added it to the items list and all the details seem to be ok...  but i wanted to keep it hidden and as an exclusive item for those that can be provided a link.  But i can't figure out how to get the link...  when i "save & view" i only get a preview link good or seven days.  The preview looks great!  just need to know how i can send that to those certain people.

And welcome to the Seller Community, we're thrilled to have you. 

You can get the item's link, then go to your items library and mark the item as hidden. 

The link to it should work still, but it won't be visible unless you have the link.

Another option is hiding the item and then from your Square Dashboard create a checkout link, that way only people with the link would be able to buy the tickets.

Thanks Frances.  I figured all that out....  but could not find out how to grab the actual link! But eventually i did.
