Has anyone figured out how to program the register to take RA's

I'm looking to set up my POS register at the front counter. We currently take in RA's (received on account) which the accounts will NOT be connected to Square. The reason for this is because when we Z out our register we don't want it to count toward our total $$ that came in that day.
