How can a employee on square see financials?

I am secretary/treasurer for a nonprofit association.  I signed up another another as an employee. How can he have access to the financials?

Did you set them up under our Employee Management feature? If so, you'll be able to sign in to the online Square Dashboard > Reports to see individual employee performance. For more details, have a look here: Reporting and Analytics with Multiple Employees and Locations.
