Sending a Free Item coupon to 1600 people, how should I stagger them? Not send 1600 at once

I have 1600 reachable people in my mailing list, I want to send a free egg soufle bite to all of them but do not want to get flooded with coupons in a short period of time. how would you suggest staggering them and only sending maybe 300 at a time?

I ran you post by an Email Marketing product specialist and we don't offer a way to automate staggering campaigns at this time. For now, the best workaround is to create separate groups, then send the free item coupon as you're confident that the quantity "out in the wild" won't flood your business.
