How do I add employees using their own phone?

It's simple to get started with Team Management. You'll first need to invite employees from your Square Dashboard before they are able to log in. Once you have set up your employees, you can invite them to sign into the Square Point of Sale app on their own devices.

Have an outlet in a bit far remote and my sales guy handles the sales. Want to create an account in the Square in order for him to manage it. How ?
