I set up self serve ordering using QR codes for my tables but it won't send the order to the kitchen. The orders placed online for togo still work, but nothing shows up on my KDS or the printers. Any ideas how to fix?

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Self-Serve orders for your printer and KDS. Let's confirm some of your printer settings to see if they are possibly causing this issue for you.
These types of orders should fall under the "online order tickets" category in your printer station settings for both your printer and the KDS. When you take a look at the printer station settings for both, do you have the "automatically print new orders" option toggled on?
