How do I print a draft Invoice?

After creating an invoice I save as draft.

I would like to print the invoice prior to actaully SENDING.  A dialog under MORE becomes available if the invoice is sent but there appears to be no way to print an invoice to just hand to someone.

Some customers want to pay by cash at pick-up and I like to have a printed invoice.  I don't want to actually send the invoice by email until they see the work.

Hello, 

While you're not able to print the invoice before it's created, it sounds like you'll want to us the "Share Invoice Manually" as the payment option when creating your invoice.

When you choose to share the invoice manually the invoice won't be emailed to your customer. You can then share the invoice via URL or PDF once you've created it.
