How do I restore a website after connecting a third-party domain?

I own a domain through Google Domain and when I tried to connect my website to Weebly everything said the connection was successful. However, my website domain doesn't show up in Weebly settings and the website I had built before connecting my domain is gone. Now I get the 404 error now. How can I restore my website?

HI, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the domain to populate.  This is normal for a domain.

Thanks, but I've been working on this for over two weeks and Weebly support hasn't responded and my website is still 404. Is there anything else I can do?

HI, ok so you would need to log into your domain dashboard and adjust the DNS settings.  The pages below give instructions.  If you need more information, search your domain provider for DNS settings.

I own my domain through Google Domain, so my domain shows it auto-transferred the DNS information. When I went to try it again now, it showed the new DNS information is identical to the existing info. According to Google Domains, Weebly already is hosting my website, but the website still shows up 404, and when I try to build my website through Square/Weebly it has me working from a template to build from scratch. This is why I am so confused. Do I need to publish Square's from-scratch page then connect my domain(again)? Thanks for helping me work through this @Goldneye

HI, ok thank you for the additional important information.  Square obtained Weebly 2018.  The from scratch would be creating a new website on the Square side and from your information, you have everything on the previous Weebly side.   You need to contact Square Support.
