We make gourmet popcorn and we use the square stand. Over the summer we also sale at an event venue where we pay a percentage. The event venue wants access to my square info to verify that everything is correct. I don’t want to mix my store sales into this event location. What should I do? Should I just set up another square account or is there a way to set up a user that will give them access without showing my store financials?

your best bet is to set up a location within your Square account so that all your data from your store and your mobile will be separated for ease of viewing and breaking down profitability.
