How do you get notified of an online sale with the new Square Register?

The new square register does not prompt you to an online order like the previous square ipad. Please Help!

I'm very sorry for the trouble this is causing @Chefs_Cafe!

At this time Online Store orders will not appear in the new Register. I understand how this feature is important to your business I've shared your request for this with the Register team.

In the meantime you might consider this workaround that other sellers are using (thanks to @Pesso for sharing!) by keeping their existing Stand or an iPad for Online Store orders.

Is there a date for the update? I need to get the online sales in the new square register. I already lost a few upset customers. PLEASE HELP!!!

@Chefs_Cafe I'm really sorry that this causing you to lose customers. I checked with the Register team and I don't have an update for you at this time. I hope you can use the workaround shared above in the meantime. If we have any news on this request we'll let you know.
