I incorrectly charged a customer today and need to get in touch with them as soon as possible. Unfortunately they did not want a receipt so I have no number or email, and therefore no way to Direct Message through Square. Is there any other way for me to get in contact with them?

Ah, this is a sticky situation - I'm afraid there's no way to reach your customer if no digital receipt was sent. The best way to ensure contact info is captured is by manually adding your customers to your Directory or tagging them to the sale. Learn more about using the Directory on our Support Center.
