How to select a state on receipts

Hi,
under account setting and receipt when i select the tick box to show business location on receipt and click save it comes up with an error ( please choose STATE ) where do i do this or change this?
i have look everywhere and there is no option such as state?

 

if anyone knows please Help. This is driving me crazy😫

Hi,

 

Try going into "Account & Settings" and under the "Business" tab setup your main location.

Hmm, that sounds strange @Mpmarta. When you check the box to "Show location" you should be able to enter your address just below. To change the state, click on State to see a dropdown list. 

 

If you're still seeing an error instead of what I'm describing please run through these Dashboard troubleshooting steps. I think clearing the cache on your browser or switching to another browser should help resolve this!
