I need to know about the Origination Fee for Square Capital Loan

I am wondering with regards to the origination fee for Square Capital Loans, is the fee automatically withdrawn from the requested amount or is it broken down over the payments made, and if so, what percentage of the Capital Payments goes towards paying the origination fee? I need to know so that I can figure out how much to deduct in my taxes for a loan that began in one year and carried over to the next.
