Orders received for items no longer on store?

We are holding a school event, & the presales for ride braceltes, etc ended on Sunday.  I took the items off of the online store early Monday morning.  I received an order for some of these items later on Monday & now one tonight?!  I can't figure how they could be accessing them - I've checked the store several times?  https://squareup.com/store/MQP-events  The only thing I can think of is if they had these items in their cart & never pressed the final button?  Any ideas?

Hey @drs5542, thanks for flagging this and sorry to hear about the trouble.

 

That does sound strange — which items were removed? After you've removed an item from your Store Editor, it should be unavailable for purchase right away. Looking at your Online Store, I see that three items remain available for order.

 

If you're still receiving orders for products that should be unavailable, you may want to touch base with our Support Team as well.
