Where do I order Square Register replacement cord?

I can't find my square.  I would like to get a new one.  Can I buy a new one and start using it right away or do I need to set something up with my bank?   

I have an apple iphone  so unfortunately I had to use a cord to connect the square and iphone.  I can't remember where I got the short wire connector.  I'm not sure if it came with the square or if I had to buy it separately.

to connect a square magnetic swiper to a newer iPhone that doesn't have a headphone jack you can use this adapter.  or you can buy the new lightning port version of the square reader here.  

if you already were using square there is nothing you will have to do because of buying a new reader.  If you never had a bank account linked then you will have to do that.
