Hello,
When we use our open item "specialty food item" with amount we can choose, the server specified some note & option but it does not print on the receipt for the customer. As you can see on the print screen below. Is there a solution to get the note & option we entered?

Hello @Modo-Mio!
This is weird, I did some testing on the Square Stand we have in the office and it should be displaying the notes on order tickets automatically. I recommend giving our Customer Success Team a call so they can take a closer look at your account.
Something definitely isn't adding up, but I can't be sure without having access to your account. One of our Customer Success Advocates will be able to get to the bottom of this.
