Adding a payment reference

 To take payments for a club we belong to via our own website linked to Square.  Those payments could be for membership fees, event fees or physical items; the problem arises because our accounts are handled by our Club treasurer, and it's him who will be looking at the payments into the Club bank account and wondering who they're from and what they're for.  Any Suggestions on how to add a reference like child's name.

 As far as I'm aware you'll get one payment for the day. Square is a payment solution, just like any other CC facility and therefore wont send every single transaction to your bank account separately. You may need to build some sort of report from your website (I'd imagine these would be different products), then reconcile this with the bank deposit (minus fees)

I think I understood your question correctly, but if not perhaps give a little more info as to how it works (website platform etc)
