I have installed the app on my iPhone and iPad yet the items are partly missing on the tablet

Have recently installed square on the iPhone and tablet

it works great on the iPhone yet when i open the app on my tablet on some of the items appear on the stock list

So I can get a bit more insight here, when you say the items are partially missing, is this from the item list on the tablet or the grid display view? Are you able to post screenshots comparing how each item list appears?

 

Are you definitely logged into the same account on each device using the same login email? Let me know and we'll try and get to the bottom of this ๐Ÿ™‚

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "More" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
