Permissions across locations

I have set up Team permissions and have a Personal Passcode to protect staff viewing reports.
At one of my locations this works perfectly. At the other location staff have full access. Any ideas as to what I have missed? THanks

It just sounds like you havent turned on security at the second location POS Device.

Just go to your second location device, Click on More > Settings > Security > Enable Passcodes

 

This will make each team memeber sign in and as long as you have set each team member the restricted profile, when they sign in they will only be able to see the relevant information.
