Question about payment machine

We used the tap machine for payment, and The payment of customer were approved, but the machine didn’t have the records for an hour.

While we're not able to look into your transactions via this forum, you should be able to see all complete, and successful transactions via the Transactions tab in your app, or Dashboard. Were you using offline mode by any chance?
