SSL Issues

I have tried to turn on the SSL for our client's site: http://www.barnabasministries.org.au/

It says "Error encountered creating certificate". 

Can anyone fix or advise please?

This will be a DNS  or SSL issue, Im assuming this is a weebly site perhaps? 

Can you explain what you're trying to do (and what changes you've made regarding DNS and/or SSL)

The site is currently being reported as dangerous to me.
