Verifying Identity

We are a sporting club, and with the news that sporting clubs are now able to register for card processing, I have been trying to do just that. I get as far as verifying identity with drivers licence and the process stops and gives this message:

 

There’s been a delay activating your account.

Due to an unexpected third-party system outage, there’s been a short delay in activating your account for card processing. We expect this to be resolved soon. In the meantime, you can accept cash payments or get started with your new Dashboard.

 

 

How long is this going to take to resolve?
