Hey Square team,
We haven't been able to use the iPad Barcode Scanning feature on the Retail POS app for the past month or so. I assume since the last app update. Wondering if this bug is in the works to be fixed as it is adding extra time at checkout for customers manually searching for the items.
We are operating on a 6th Gen iPad Version 17.4.1 and have the newest updates for everything. Have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this hasn't worked.
Would love some info on this and to know if others are having the same issues. Thank you !

We don't use barcodes in our shop, you may want to give Support a call if you are still experiencing issues with this.
