wix inventory integration

Is there a work around to integrate square inventory into Wix shop? I am building a shop on my wix website and would like to integrate my existing square items and inventory. I am looking into the orders API but am unfamiliar with API's.  Any advice gratefully accepted.

Thanks for getting in touch!

At the moment Wix's integration with Square is for payments only - it's won't integrate other features such as item inventory or customer directory. Because Wix build and manage this integration, it's not something we have the ability to change - but you can always get in touch with them and give feedback that you'd like to these sorts of features in the future.

If you're not a web developer or familiar with using APIs, you'd need to find one who can help you build a custom solution - working with APIs requires a bit of specialist know-how!

If you were looking to set up a basic online store for orders to be picked up delivered, you could also check out Square's Online Store.

is it possible to add a link to my Squares online store onto my Wix Website, so people access my site to know who we are/ what we do and how to contact us, then click on the Square link to go shopping??? Help! lol

This would be totally possible.

If you owned the domain neybell3.com.au the I'd suggest putting create a subdomain somthing like 'shop.neybell3.com.au' then build your square online presence at this url. Then you just create a 'shop online' menu item, button or link on your wix site that will take you to the square online shop. You should also be able to create a link back to your wix site from there.
