Can customers manage profile and sign in

I have been having trouble finding this answer.
QUESTION
When a customer buys a product from my store and enters their contact and payment details and makes the purchase.
Some time later,
they return to purchase a new product  
Can Square Online provide their customer contact details?

ie via self serve customer account portal.

If so, how does it work?
If no, will it be a feature for 2020/21 ?

As of right now, you can send your customer a refund receipt if they entered contact information when first purchasing the item from your store. That is probably the closest feature we have to what you're looking for. We do not have a way right now for customers to log into a portal and return/get refunded for in-person goods bought from a Square seller.

This is a great feature request though! I'll go ahead and move your post to our Feature Request board for Product Team visibility.
