Cash Drawer Sales Summary

We understand we can view the Drawer Report, but we would like to see a Drawer Sales Summary. The summary would let us know how much of each category/item we sold during that cash drawer. We can do this as a Daily Report, but not as a report for the time period of the drawer. We currently use a Daily Sales Summary, but sometimes our cash drawers get carried over into mid day and then our reports are off.

Right now, you can access the information you need for the appropriate time frame by heading over to the online Square Dashboard > Item Sales / Category Sales tabs. I can definitely see how this adds a few extra steps and we can do more to surface these details in a cash drawer report or summary. Rest assured that I'll be sharing your post with our Point of Sale team and pointing out the issue that comes up when drawers get switched over.
