Gift Certificates without double counting sales and post tax discounts

There have been a lot of threads and questions about the need to do this and similar issues since at least 2016

There are 2 options you need to create:

1. A discount with a pretax/post tax toggle so that the user can decide based on their business needs.

2. A Prepaid In House Credit payment item under Other Payment Methods and when square processes this dollar amount is not included in the gross sales.  

Over 2 years is too long for a feature request to go unaddressed.
