Is there a way to track visits on an existing item or sale?

Our business model is based on selling monthly passes or multiple-visit passes.  Does Square offer a way to automatically track and update the number of times customers use the multiple-visit passes?  For example, we sell 10-visit passes.  We would like a way to automatically track how many remaining passes a customer has left until they run out.  We are currently tracking by manually updating the notes field for each customer, but this process is prone to errors.

Currently, our system does not have a way to track and deduct the remaining amount on an item with multiple quantities. This goes for items like multi-class passes, multi-day visits, or redeemable goods. We recommend continuing to use the notes feature, or using a separate third party system to track your customer's visits. 

 

We definitely see how it could benefit your business model, and our product teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements. We appreciate it, and will be sure to let you know if any updates are released.
