When selling candy can't make sale with credit card for under 1$ how to change this?

So I sell candy In store and for some reason I can't sell anything under 1$ when transaction is made with credit card is there a way to change this so there is no minimum for a credit card transaction?

There is a one dollar minimum for charge orders. No one to change it.
